I was invited to the exclusive preview of MyMink's A/W '14 collection at Casa di Fiori.
An invitation to mingle with stunning models draped in fur, whilst sipping on delicious cocktails and gorging on canapés?
I thought you'd never ask ;]
Rubbing shoulders with ze models
Miniature Fillet Steak
Assorted Seafood Calamari
Spoonfuls filled with dill, pickles and cured meats
Mushroom and Lamb Risotto
Casa di Fiori is the new kid on the block and they pride themselves in serving authentic Italian food using seasonal produce.
Sex Appeal?
I have to admit that I wasn't expecting the food to be so mind blowingly good, especially at such a busy fashion event.
The canapés were being churned out of the kitchen at a speedy pace and were kept consistently at an impossibly high standard.
Why can't canapés be like THIS everywhere.
Normally, I'm handed a stale crostini topped with unimaginative, unappetising toppings.
But not at Casa di Fiori ;]
I even saw the models take a cheeky bite out of the canapés.
You know it's good if the uber slender Russian models can't even resist.
Of course my personal favourite was the miniature fillet steak, so it was only natural to have 2 helpings.
Yummeis?
RECOMMENDED - I would have to go back for a full course meal to give it a proper rating, but I definitely will go back.

Being so impossible suave and charming, in a matter of seconds I managed to sweet talk the clothes off one of the models.
Talk about skills ;]
