My Top 10 Favourite Restaurants in London of 2013

Oh 2013, you've given me copious amounts of memories to reminisce about these past few days.

There were highs and lows.

Laughter, heart break and tears.

But there is always that one thing that could spring a smile back on anyone's face, no matter how big that frown is.

What is this sorcery - you ask?

Food!

Glorious food!

So, I had to share with you all a list of my top 10 restaurants in London, in no particular order; of those that I couldn't help but go back to over and over again.

It was an addiction.

An addiction of the sweetest kind.

1. The Meat Company

An African Steakhouse, with the most juiciest steaks in London town. I've almost sampled everything on their menu - that is a testament to how good their food is.

From steaks to hanging kebabs - this is one place that you simply cannot miss out on.

2. Koba

This definitely my regular go-to Korean haunt, I just love how no matter how small the order of BBQ they always cook it in front of you on the hot plate.

3. The Grill at The Dorchester

Nothing can compare to dining at The Dorchester, it's also not as crippling to your wallet as you might have thought.

4. Obika

The first and only Mozzarella bar in the world, serving the most amazing authentic Italian food; even the tomatoes are shipped from Sicily. An instant escape to Italy.

5. Sushi Hiroba

The freshest sushi revolving around a conveyor belt, never thought I would see the day that I would find such a place. I can sit here for hours just watching the sushi rolls go past, like a fat cat.

6. Mossimann's Private Dining Club

Healthy and delicious food, courtesy of the Queen's chef himself. It would be rude not to go.

7. Taro

Affordable sushi in Central London is incredibly hard to come by, that's why Taro is my secret hideout.

8. Bone Daddies

Only the ramen at Bone Daddies can take me back to the ramen bars I remember back in Asia. Bliss.

9. Hare and Tortoise

An all time favourite, for when I want to relive my broke student days. Consistently good Japanese food that never let's you down.

10. Soho Joe

Soho Joe is the place to go for that gigantic fresh pizza in that old rustic setting.

Can't wait to see what 2014 has in store for me!
